Eden House stands beside a 14th century church whose ancient tower has for centuries been an important landmark assisting sailors navigate around the rocky Cornish coast. Offering cosy accommodation for two in a peaceful location adjacent to the owners home Eden House Wing is only paces from the bustling village square with its post office, village stores, newsagents, butchers, pubs and restaurants. St Keverne is the largest village in the Helford area and has a central square which comes to life in the summer months with various annual festivals. The rugged scenery of the Lizard Peninsula is interspersed with beautiful coves, hidden creeks, thatched cottages and colourful fishing boats. The picture postcard village of Helford which sits sleepily on the banks of the river of the same name is home to a sailing club and a pub on the waterfront from where you can hop on a boat to explore the northern banks of the river. Originally the parish vicarage, the wing is the oldest part of the house which dates back to 1750, the thickness of the beautiful granite walls being testament to its age. Most of the accommodation is on the first floor with a contemporary kitchen/dining room on the ground floor, with integral appliances and a sleek touch control hob. Furnished throughout in a traditional style, an ornate fireplace (not in operation) is the focal point of the small sitting room. Shared with the owner the beautiful garden is the perfect place to relax and take in the view across Falmouth Bay and there is also a small private area of garden for guests use only.
