It is a typical Cornish terrace cottage with lots of its original charm and character while not forsaking the creature comforts. There is a very comfortable lounge, complete with pot bellied stove in an inglenook (wood provided). From here you will find the well fitted kitchen which itself leads through to the sun lounge; this can be used for dining or as a second sitting room. This room overlooks the attractive well stocked garden, at the foot of which is a well placed picinic bench overlooking the stream. Also downstairs is the shower room. Upstairs is the well fitted double bedroom and a single room with cot. Trenear is well positioned for walking and is close to the market town of Helston. Nearby are Porthleven with its sandy beach, Falmouth famous for its maritime heritage and the Lizard which has plenty of sandy beaches and some spectacular coastal scenery. There is parking for one car
