Compass Point is set into the hillside overlooking one of Cornwall's premier beaches and across to St Ives Harbour. This apartment, set to the rear of the building, is thoroughly modern and welcoming and makes for a superb romantic retreat or family get-away. The large shared sun terrace at the front of the building offers spectacular views and is perfect for enjoying a romantic sunset. St Ives is a mere 20 minutes walk along the coast path, or just a few minutes journey when travelling on the one-carriage coastal train. This sublime destination has much to see, with bijou shops and galleries, including The Tate, peppering the narrow winding lanes. There is a myriad of restaurants, eateries, cafes, bars and traditional inns, all arcing the pretty, sheltered beach and tiny picturesque harbour. Golfers will be keen to experience the challenges of West Cornwall Golf Course, which is close by. Carbis Bay Beach is just a three minute walk away, with its mile long stretch of glorious sandy beach. Gwithian Beach offers miles of golden sand overlooking Godrevy Lighthouse and leads to Lelant estuary, where the surrounding bays are renowned for surfing and snorkelling.
