Penarvon Cove with its clear waters gently lapping the shores is a few hundred metres west of Helford village. St Anthony is a wonderful spot for hiring a boat for the day and exploring the creeks and inlets. The south west coastal path provides wondrous walks for four legged friends, in both directions-west towards Gweek and eastwards to the mouth of the river. Discover Coverack, a pretty fishing village with a tiny harbour and a large crescent shaped beach, or enjoy the sublime Kynance Cove, a Mediterranean-like gem of white sands and turquoise waters, with islands and caves for exploration.
