The sitting room is characterful, cosy and comfy with a beamed ceiling - a perfect place for relaxation. The garden is lush and mature, with a gently sloping south facing lawn and a summerhouse, with table and chairs for alfresco dining and lazy breakfasts positioned against the beautiful backdrop of valley views. There are walks to discover; stroll through woodland glades and fields of cows to the pebbled fishing coves, or walk inland to the villages; St Keverne is a mile away with pubs, restaurants and general amenities. Helston, the ancient market town famed for its annual Flora Dance in May, is 10 miles away with swimming and leisure facilities and golf. Discover the beautiful beaches and coves on the Lizard Peninsula; you may spy dolphins from Coverack Cove, and Kynance Cove is a must-see location with its breath-taking turquoise waters and white sands set against contrasting granite cliffs, reminiscent of a Mediterranean hot-spot. Sleeps 4 Ground Floor: Kitchen/Dining Room with Rayburn (in addition to microwave with convection oven/grill). Sitting Room with wood burner and 26" TV. Bathroom, bath and shower over and WC. First Floor: Bedroom 1 with 5' Bed. Bedroom 2 Twin. Other Amenities: Sky TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and barbecue. Bed linen, towels and electric panel heating provided. One pet welcome at £15 per week. There is no standard oven/grill. Off-road parking for one car.
