The bedrooms are welcoming and the bathroom with shower cubicle is modern. The boathouse below the accommodation houses a washing machine and a tumble dryer, and there is room to store outboard motors and beach gear. Boats can be launched or stored on Gillan beach for a nominal charge; please contact the office for more details. There are stunning walks along the coastal paths across National Trust land from the doorstep. The village of Manaccan is a 40 minutes walk away, with shops and amenities, and a restaurant and popular thatched pub serving Cornish ales and ciders to compliment good food. Visit the attractive beach at Coverack Cove or the sublime Kynance Cove -a real beauty spot. The lively resort of Falmouth is a short drive away. With family friendly beaches for swimming, sailing, surfing and rock-pooling, the bustling harbour, colourful narrow streets peppered with galleries and gift shops, the historic Henry VIII Pendennis Castle to explore and excellent eateries and traditional pubs, there is something for everyone.
