Grade II listed, An Laity (Cornish for dairy) and the adjoining farmhouse date back over 400 years. The original features of slate floors, old beams, polished floorboards and an inglenook fireplace remain and blend effortlessly with the contemporary finish to create a cottage of integrity and charm. Classic furnishings such as the sumptuous leather sofa and armchairs and a host of extra touches complete the picture. Upstairs the three bedrooms are light, bright and finished with pretty fabrics. To the side of the cottage is a charming mature cottage garden which comprises two lawned areas bordered by mature trees and shrubs making it private and sheltered. There is also a sunny breakfast terrace accessed from the kitchen.
