A corridor leads off from the lounge past a well equipped kitchen and along to a designer bathroom with a free standing bath and a generous shower cubicle that are perfect for modern day living. We then enter into a spacious bedroom where a lavish leather sleigh bed dressed in crisp cotton rests on seasoned oak floorboards and a door leads out onto a small enclosed patio. Set next to the owners' 400 year old farmhouse in a picturesque rural hamlet it is hard to believe that the bustling resort of Falmouth where there is much to see and do is not far away. A challenging golf course is conveniently close by and a leisurely stroll will find you on the golden sandy beaches of Swanpool or Maenporth where you can follow the coast path to the exotic sub tropical gardens of Glendurgan and Trebah. Nearby in the village of Budock you will find a good pub and a Meadery. There is off road parking for one car.
