Nestled in the heart of the village is a pub, restaurant, tea rooms and convenience store within walking distance. Also close by is Sennen Cove harbour which still clings to its fishing traditions with a small fishing fleet and for the visitor, there are pleasure boat trips which can be arranged from the quayside. The coastal footpath stretches in either direction, along rugged cliff tops which descend into hidden sandy coves, offering some of the best scenery that West Cornwall has to offer. The mile long walk to Land's End is recommended along with a visit by car to the popular coastal resort of St Ives, the ancient market town of Penzance and Porthcurno, home of the Minack Theatre (an open-air theatre constructed on a cliff face).
