Climbing up short flights of steps behind the property (not suitable for elderly or infirm) to a paved barbecue patio is rewarded by peaceful views over woodland and fields. To the front of the property there is a small sunny patio and off road parking for two cars. Mobile phone signal is limited in Seaton.
