Grade II Listed, the cottage was once the home of a Cornish Gig Pilot; recognised as one of the first shore-based lifeboats that went to the aid of vessels in distress as far back as the 17th Century. Since its heyday the interior of the cottage has been cleverly re-arranged to create a modern and attractive pied-a-terre that is perfect for a couple seeking to be close to the heart of the village.
