Escape to an enchanting countryside retreat away from the busy coastal resorts yet within easy reach of the spectacular North Cornish coastline and its long sandy beaches. Weavers is a sympathetic conversion of a 17th century stone barn situated at the end of a peaceful 'no through' lane on the grounds of a 110 acre arable farm, shared with five other holiday properties and the owner's residence, it offers its guests peace, tranquillity and safety. Guests can wander the nearby footpaths through mellow countryside and wooded valleys, fish at the private course fishing lake (children to be supervised) or simply relax in the pretty shared garden adorned with wild plants and flowers and admire far reaching views over a patchwork of scenic countryside. Weavers invites relaxation but the area has much to offer sightseers and culture lovers. The north coast is famous for its surfing and bathing beaches, many would agree that it has some of the finest in the country. Not to be missed is a visit to the nearby beaches at Widemouth Bay, Trebarwith Strand, Crackington Haven, Rock and Polzeath. The vibrant seaside towns of Bude and Padstow, the charismatic fishing villages of Port Isaac and Boscastle, the impressive ruins of Lanceston Castle and Tintagel Castle (King Arthur's legendary Camelot), the infamous Eden Project, the vast wilderness of Bodmin Moor and world class golfing facilities are also accessible and make for a varied and memorable holiday experience.
