A high-end beachside venue, Sunnyside is set in an enviable coastal position commanding an outstanding sea view vista over the coast and white sand beach at Perranuthnoe. Boasting a southerly aspect facing seaward, the views from this beautifully presented traditional character cottage and enclosed patio garden are absolutely arresting!Situated between Praa Sands and Marazion and Penzance in the crescent of Mount's Bay, in the warmer months this quaint village is compared to the Mediterranean however from November to February it is a wild and atmospheric picture. The en-suite master bedroom boasts floor to ceiling windows and you can fall asleep listening to the storm tossed winds and wake up to the spectacle of white horse waves racing to shore without leaving the comfort of your duvet. Alternatively, wrap yourself in a blanket, sit before the cosy wood burning stove with a novel from the book shelf and watch the performance from the living room. Spacious proportions, three ultra modern bathrooms and three attractive double bedrooms, including one with a double bed with an upper single bunk bed, provide practical and flexible accommodation for families. Unspoilt and quaint, Perranuthnoe has a craft shop and an art gallery and cliff top rambles can be rounded-off with a cold beer and a delicious meal at the Victoria Inn, one of the oldest inns in Cornwall and, conveniently, just a three minute walk from the property. Access to the coastal footpath is nearby, the landmark attractions of St Michael's Mount, The Minack Theatre and Land's End are within a short drive as well as numerous supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants at Penzance. Perranuthnoe Beach is excellent for swimming and surfing and the scenic coastal golf course at Praa Sand's is a 10 minute drive. Parking is roadside and can usually be found in front of the property. There is a small car park within a 3 minute walk.
