For those who love to explore, the north coast has a wealth of great sandy beaches and coves which are all linked by the South West Coast Path. With three miles of golden sands at Hayle to the west and the expansive beach at Perranporth in the east, you will be spoilt for choice. Porthtowan has good local facilities without being over-commercialised; just across the cove The Blue Bar is popular for its delicious food and relaxed ambience. There is also a further public house, a small supermarket, a delicatessen, plus ice cream and surf shops, all of which are within easy walking distance of the apartment. Just along the coast to the north is the picturesque village of St Agnes; here there are a number of cafes and restaurants as well as various galleries and the Trevaunance Cove craft workshops in which to browse. Porthtowan Beach Apartment has a super open plan living space with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs plus a dining table for four. French windows open out to a pleasant garden from where guests can enjoy views across the sand dunes to watch the sun setting in the west.
