In the summer months it is possible to hop on a passenger ferry across the river to Helford Passage to continue along the coastal path towards Falmouth. For those who like messing about in boats, Helford is home to a sailing club whilst boat hire is available at nearby St Anthony. Surrounded by two acres of garden and woodland the setting of Wood Meadow is secluded and peaceful with ample space for children's games on the lawn or simply relaxing in the sunshine. There is even a circular woodland walk. Once inside the house offers light and bright accommodation and both the main reception rooms enjoy the spectacular outlook. The impressive sitting room has a vaulted ceiling and floor to ceiling windows as well as a wood-burning stove and a flat screen TV. The central open plan kitchen/dining room has a large refectory table and a picture window to the front with patio doors to a fabulous deck which is perfect for alfresco dining.
