Countryside walks, as scenic as those found on the coast, can commence from the front door step transporting ramblers through an unspoilt rural landscape rich in wildlife. The beaches nearby are vast, rarely over-crowded and safe for bathing, many with lifeguard patrol and water sports facilities during the summer months and the fishing communities at Padstow, Port Isaac and St Ives are well worth a visit. If the sun does not shine, the Eden Project, Crealy Adventure Playground and Newquay Zoo will provide fun for all the family without the need of a long car journey and car parking charges. Newly refurbished to a high standard, the accommodation is arranged on the ground floor with direct access to a private patio area. Also on offer is the shared use of an extensive lawn garden with space for ball games and picnic benches; children's play area complete with playground apparatus and a games room. The living room is open plan, a cosy space for friends and families to socialise and comfortable and welcoming for winter breaks with a rustic wood burner style electric fire. Two pretty bedrooms with a romantic, cottage-inspired themed decor and a family bathroom complete the accommodation. There is pub and convenience store at the village centre and parking for two cars.
