Surrounding the pool are comfortable sun loungers, on which you can relax with a good book whilst the children are kept entertained in the communal games room which has a table tennis table and range of DVD's. Trelawney is perfect for family groups who can gather in the spacious open plan living space or in the courtyard garden for a drink in the sunshine. Falmouth offers a multitude of sights and activities for all the family with numerous boat trips on offer across the estuary or along the along the river to Truro, the capital of Cornwall. Step back in history with a visit to the amazing Pendennis Castle, the mighty fortress which was built for Henry VIII which sits atop the peninsula and was used as Second World War observation post. If you need a rest after all the excitement, relax on one of the sandy beaches at Swanpool or Gyllanvase or simply take in the sights and sounds of this bustling port over a coffee or a chilled glass of wine in one of the many cafes and restaurants in the town. There is ample parking onsite at Trelawney. Trelawney is suitable for larger groups when booked together with Mawnan, Sennen, St Keverne, Manacles, Newlyn or Pendeen.
