Positioned slightly inland from the beach fringed shores of St Ives Bay, Towan Mews is a newly built townhouse with immense holiday appeal. Finished to a high specification and with an ultra smart interior, it offers ample space for families and also caters well for pet owners. It is situated in the seaside town of Hayle from where guests can enjoy scenic walks from the front door step. The walk to the pretty village of Phillack, passing its ancient church, and through the sand dunes to Hayle Towans is a must. An area of natural beauty, the beaches of Hayle Towans, Gwithian and Godrevy connect to make a 3.5 mile stretch of fine white sand and, as such, are rarely crowded. It is a mecca for surfers and bathers and popular among families with life guard patrol during the warmer months. Located off the A30 and often described as the gateway to West Cornwall, it is an excellent destination for touring. St Ives, St Michaels Mount at Marazion and Land's End are all within a 30 minute drive and the town offers a wide range of facilities with a shopping centre, numerous eateries, old inns and wine bars. Towan Mews is situated away from the main thorough fare in a courtyard development of just 12 properties. A special feature is the master en-suite bedroom which occupies the entire top floor and affords views through sash windows to the dunes. Doors from the spacious open plan living room open onto a balcony with steps to an enclosed garden which offers a high degree of privacy and peace of mind for parents and dog owners.
