Sennen is a small fishing village near Land's End. The village is steeped in history and "The Old Success Inn" is over 400 years old. Take a look around The Round House Craft Shop and take note of the important "Cove Lifeboat Station" - an everpresent reminder of the perils of the sea. If you are in the area, then look out for dolphin and porpoise which frequent the coastline as well as for a rock named "The Irish Lady" after the sole survivor of a shipwreck. Sennen Cove is a beautiful, Blue Flag beach and this part of the peninsula hosts an abundance of coastal walks. Land's End is just a few miles from Sennen and there are various old engine houses and stacks in the area.
