“A comfortable and cosy place, which is important weatherwise when visiting off-season.”

We enjoyed the view very much, stunned with the many impressions. The easy takeover/handover procedure was much appreciated. I do not have anything negative to say. And hope that we find the opportunity to stay there again some time. Thank you for having us.

The lodging is situated on one level once inside.

The hallway provides access to the bedroom, bathroom, and open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas.

The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, basin, bath with a shower over it, and an electric radiator that heats the entire room.

The shower even has a view of the ocean.

The bedroom is a tranquil environment with sea-inspired design.

Spend a relaxing morning lying in bed after a day of walking on the South West Coast route to recharge.

It offers a sumptuous king-sized bed with pristine White Company linens, lots of storage, and an easy chair with views of Coverack, Lowland Point, and further out to sea.

Everything needed to make and eat meals is provided in the kitchen.

You will struggle to find a greater view for breakfast, lunch, or dinner whether you choose to eat inside or outside.

The living area features French doors leading to a private balcony with a table and chairs and huge windows on two sides.

Light and the sounds of the sea fill the entire area.

Relax on the spacious Ercol sofa while watching the smart TV or using the fast WiFi to browse the internet.

Alternately, curl up in the cosy corner chair with a good book and a hot cup of Nespresso coffee.

Utilize the telescope and binoculars to observe wildlife.

There are seals that nap most days to the left of Chynall's point, and occasionally sea birds, shoals of fish, dolphins, and even basking sharks are spotted.

Dim the lights in the evening and relax on the balcony while observing the constellations of stars reaching out towards the horizon.

There are many well-kept gardens on the property, a tennis court, and benches all over.

One parking place for cars is set aside for the flat.

A genuinely exceptional experience not to be missed, Terence Coventry's Sculpture Park is easily accessible inland along the South West Coast walk.

You can reach Chynall's Point, a historic cliff castle village, by continuing right after meandering down the garden walk.

After a short walk, turn right and descend to the lovely Mears beach, where you'll find white sand, partially submerged boulders, and rock pools.

a less popular ideal location for activities like swimming and beachgoing.

Turn left and walk down the Cliffside route to reach Coverack.

The town of Coverack is charming; stop by the Paris Inn for a pint, ask Elizabeth, a local resident, for a pasty, or have superb fish and chips on the harbour while watching the neighbourhood fishermen bring in their catch.

Archie's Loft is a great place to finish with a Roskilly's ice cream, and the Mill Shop has some great mementos.

Remember to stop at the Village Stores for a newspaper, milk, and other necessities before coming back.

The apartment is in a prime location for exploring Mullion's rough Victorian harbour, dune-filled Kennack Sands, dramatic Lizard Point, legendary Kynance Cove, panoramic Church Cove, and small Cadgwith hamlet.

A lovely, scenic drive separate these from Porthleven, a haven for foodies.

The closest significant town is Helston, which is well-known for its furry dances.

It takes about one to one and a half hours to drive to Newquay, Padstow, Penzance, Mousehole, Porthcurno, Sennen, and St.Ives.

For those seeking to go away, relax, and take in Cornwall's splendour, Apartment 17 is a perfect, well-equipped residence.

About the location

COVERACK

St Keverne 2.3 miles; Helston 11.6 miles; Falmouth 18.5 miles.

Coverack is a small fishing village on the Lizard Peninsula, a few miles from Lizard Point in Cornwall, the most southerly point on mainland Britain. Coverack is a beautiful and peaceful place to escape the main tourist routes and offers a beach in the sheltered bay, which is ideal for swimming, windsurfing and kayaking, as well as shops, pub and restaurants. St Keverne (4 miles from Poldowrian) has a Post Office, shops and 2 pubs. The Lizard Peninsula has many spectacular coves and beaches and is noted for its rare geology and plants. From Lizard Point there are wonderful sea views from the windswept cliffs, which provide fabulous walking opportunities along this stretch of the South West Coast Path. Inland is the market town of Helston, known for its Flora Day Festival, and in Gweek is The Cornish Seal Sanctuary. Flambards theme park is just 20 minutes' drive away and just over ten miles away is the Culdrose Airfield, where once a year the public are welcome to come and meet the Fleet Air Arm, the Royal Navy’s flying force. Coverack is ideally located for exploring The Lizard Peninsula, as well as the lovely seaside towns of St Ives and Falmouth and many other beaches and pretty villages.
