The cottage has a very good location to travel Cornwall. It is close to lots of amenities. Within 2 minutes you are on the A38/A30. The cottage has a cosy and homely feel to it and a very nice outside space. Views are great from the cottage, lovely garden. The owners are the best hosts and really lovely people who make sure you have a great stay but know how to garantee your privacy. beds are comfy and there is enough room for a family of 4. Extra bonus, lovely welcome with goodies, tv in the bedroom with good reception of channels, outside BBQ. The kitchen is well equiped and although separate areas, the livingroom/kitchen/dining areas feel like open plan. What the photos don't show is the lovely conservatory attached to the living room which makes it feel lighter and larger. We highly recommend this cottage!

Equidistant from the Atlantic and Cornish Riviera coastlines, arguably the best beaches at Rock, Polzeath and Mawgan Porth are within a 30 minute drive - perfect for a swim or surf. Padstow boasts a scenic harbour and Port Isaac, TV Doc Martins picturesque fishing cove is closer; with inns, galleries and eateries. Southwards are hot spot destinations of Fowey and Charlestown, just a 12 mile drive away. Cardinham Woods is on the doorstep for coffee and picnics; explore 650 acres of mixed woodland by foot or mountain bike - cycles can be hired. Enjoy the children's play area, or picnic and paddle by the river before refueling at Wood's Café. External and internal doors are not all standard, ranging from 76 -115cm in width and 189 - 196cm in height and internal doors range from 76 - 122cm in width and 190 - 197cm in height. Kitchen worktops are of a standard height. The enclosed garden has a mixture of lawn, paving and steps. There is a pond. There is off-road parking for up to three cars on a level gravel surface approx 20 metres from the entrance.
