Holly View is a well presented, timber clad, lodge style property, set in the rural, landscaped grounds of Lakeview Country Club. The two bedroom holiday home is warm, bright and welcoming throughout, with attractive decor and furnishings. The open plan living space features a well equipped kitchen and a spacious living/dining area, with comfy seating and doors opening onto a small terrace. The property further features two comfortable and tastefully furnished bedrooms - both ensuite - and private parking, guests can enjoy the use of the well maintained, on-site leisure facilities.

Only 15 miles from the north and south coasts, Holly View is perfect for exploring the many fine sandy beaches in the area. The popular fishing village of Padstow is a great place to sample fine seafood at one of the many restaurants for which it now famous. The pretty harbour is filled with pleasure boats and a passenger ferry runs regularly to its up market neighbour Rock which sits on the opposite shores of the Camel estuary. In contrast to the rugged north coast, a trip to Fowey on the south coast is a must; this picturesque town is full of life all year round with an abundance of galleries, boutique shops and waterside eateries. Guests have the use of the Club's indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, fitness centre, spa and children's play areas and tennis courts. Golfing enthusiasts can while away the hours at the driving range honing their skills for the nine-hole course and for those interested in fishing there are fishing lakes and rods for hire. For the more energetic, why not try cable wakeboarding at the new Lake View Wake Park, where tuition can be booked. The family friendly bar and restaurant are also open daily meaning guests need never leave the estate! Please note there is a charge for use of some facilities. Holly View, a well presented two bedroom holiday lodge sitting within 220 acres of parkland and landscaped grounds at Waterside Cornwall, this well presented timber clad lodge has been updated by the present owner to provide comfortable and spacious accommodation for four guests. The open plan living space has a well equipped kitchen to one side making meal times a sociable event. In the summer guests can fling open the patio doors and dine alfresco on the south facing terrace. There are two very roomy bedrooms, one of which has en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, the other an en-suite shower room with body jet shower. There is parking for 2 cars.

2 bedrooms - Sleeping up to 4 Adults Level access to Ground Floor: Entrance hall. Open plan Living Room with 32" TV and Kitchen (combination oven/microwave and hob only). Bedroom 1 with 6' bed, TV and En-suite Bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, Separate shower and WC. Bedroom 2 Twin with En-suite Shower room with body jet shower and WC. Sliding double doors and 1 step down to patio area. Other Amenities: Dishwasher, Washer/dryer, Fridge freezer. Bed linen, towels and Central heating included. The property offers accommodation over one floor and has a mixture of carpeting, composite and tiled flooring throughout. External and internal doors are all of a standard width and height. Kitchen work tops are of a standard height. The garden has paved surfaces and communal lawn. There is off-road parking for two cars on a tarmac surface approx 5 metres from the property entrance. The parking area is directly in front of the entrance door.
