Tamar Valley Resort offers great value accommodation in a scenic haven in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The villa-style accommodation is well placed for guests looking to explore both Cornwall and Devon and has some fantastic local attractions nearby. Within a short drive is the National Trust property, Cotehele, a Tudor house and valley garden estate set above the River Tamar. A little further afield you can visit the glorious sandy beach at Whitsand Bay with dramatic scenery and sheer cliffs. Equally accessible are Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor National Park with undulating moorlands and a myriad of historic sites and monuments - a rambler's dream. Set in an enviable position on the South-Western edge of the Tamar Valley Resort, Dartmoor Lodges are ideally positioned to enjoy pleasant views, provide ample living space indoor and out and offer easy access to the various facilities on offer. Detached, well equipped and each with their own terrace, the Dartmoor lodge offers guests a comfortable and peaceful holiday, with space to relax and unwind. All lodges are ideally placed for those who fancy a more active break in Cornwall with tennis courts very nearby and the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, bar/restaurant, shop and reception a short walk via an easily navigable pathway winding through the resort. During the school holidays there is a busy programme of entertainment including quiz nights and karaoke plus sporting activities including archery, rock climbing, canoeing and abseiling (subject to seasonal opening times). Dartmoor 11 is an attractive holiday home positioned in a beautiful leafy setting on the edge of the resort. Guests here can unwind in rural peace with oodles of space to eat, sleep and play. Practical for families and ramblers, the open plan living room is a generous space with comfy sofas, a large dining table and doors to a sunny patio. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped and when home-cooking is off the menu, there is a good pub/restaurant within a short walk. There is a double and twin bedroom on the ground floor with a shower room and upstairs is another attractive double and further twin bedroom with family bathroom. A firm favourite among families, there are communal lawns for ball games, a children's outdoor play area, tennis courts and swimming is possible year round in either the outdoor or indoor pool!

One pet goes FREE. Please note this property does not have a washing machine. The property offers accommodation over two floors with a mixture of carpeting, vinyl floors and rugs throughout. External doors range from 79 - 99cm wide and 193 - 196cm high and internal doors range from 64-76cm wide to 195-198cm high. Kitchen worktops are of a standard height at 91cm. There is parking on a tarmac surface approximately 5m from the property.
