Manorcombe 35 sits amongst similar single storey holiday cottages, in an elevated position, within the grounds of Tamar Valley Resort. Well placed to explore both Cornwall and Devon, and with excellent on-site facilities and ample parking nearby, the villa style property offers relaxing accommodation within rural surroundings. The open plan living area features comfortable sofas and a warm colour palette of coffee and taupe, with vibrant splashes of blue whilst the modern and kitchen/dining area is well equipped with co-ordinated equipment and appliances.Three tastefully furnished bedrooms offer comfort and warmth and the property further benefits from a modern bathroom with separate WC and a private patio to the front of the cottage.

Tamar Valley Resort offers great value accommodation in a scenic haven in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The villa-style accommodation is well placed for guests looking to explore both Cornwall and Devon and has some fantastic local attractions nearby. Within a short drive is the National Trust property, Cotehele, a Tudor house and valley garden estate set above the River Tamar. A little further afield you can visit the glorious sandy beach at Whitsand Bay with dramatic scenery and sheer cliffs. Equally accessible are Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor National Park with undulating moorlands and a myriad of historic sites and monuments - a rambler's dream. Nestled deep in the heart of the Tamar Valley Resort, are the Manorcombe Bungalows - a collection of single storey holiday cottages designed with simplicity and practicality in mind. A very short walk from your door brings you to the indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, bar/restaurant, shop and reception - ideal for families looking to relax on site. During the school holidays there is a busy programme of entertainment including quiz nights and karaoke plus sporting activities including archery, rock climbing, canoeing and abseiling (subject to seasonal opening times). Set back from the road, each property benefits from floor to ceiling windows showering the open plan living space with natural light. Refurbished in 2016, Manorcombe 35 is a modern and attractive bungalow positioned in a beautiful leafy setting with lovely long views towards Dartmoor. Guests here can unwind in rural peace. The open plan living room is comfortable with plump settees and bean bags for lounging, TV viewing and board games. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and when home-cooking is off the menu, there is a good pub/restaurant within a short walk. Located away from the roads and traffic noise, guests will sleep soundly on comfy beds. A modern pristine bathroom and separate WC completes the accommodation. Outside is a private patio with a picnic bench for alfresco meals and idle time. A firm favourite among families, there are communal lawns for ball games, a children's outdoor play area and swimming is possible year round in either the outdoor or indoor pool!

Towels, bed linen and electric central heating included. One pet goes FREE.There is no washing machine in this property. The property offers accommodation on the ground floor and has a mixture of laminate flooring and carpeting throughout. The external door is 74cm x 185cm and the internal doors range from 60cm - 68cm in width and 197cm in height. Kitchen worktops are of a standard height. There is a private paved patio in front of the property. There is unallocated off road parking for two cars on a level tarmac surface located 10m from the entrance and via a sloped path.
