St Ann's 21 offers bright, spacious and well maintained accommodation for up to 4 guests, in the grounds of Tamar Valley Resort. The modern reverse level property features a stylishly furnished open plan living room, decorated in warm and vibrant colours - with doors leading to a paved balcony area enjoying far reaching rural views - and a well equipped kitchen area. Two relaxing and comfy bedrooms await downstairs, along with a bathroom and separate WC. With good on-site facilities and parking close by, the family friendly property offers a comfortable base from which to explore the attractions of both Cornwall and Devon.

Tamar Valley Resort offers great value accommodation in a scenic haven in an Area of Outstanding natural Beauty. The villa-style accommodation is well placed for guests looking to explore both Cornwall and Devon and has some fantastic local attractions nearby. Within a short drive is the National Trust property, Cotehele, a Tudor house and valley garden estate set above the River Tamar. A little further afield you can visit the glorious sandy beach at Whitsand Bay with dramatic scenery and sheer cliffs or hop on the scenic Tamar Valley railway line from nearby Gunnislake to explore the ocean city of Plymouth. Equally accessible are Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor National Park with undulating moorlands and a myriad of historic sites and monuments - a rambler's dream. With accommodation for four guests, the St Ann's style of property are well placed for families and smaller groups of friends wanting a comfortable base from which to explore or unwind. The open plan arrangement upstairs lends itself well to laid-back holidays, with the luxury of a balcony and shared space outside - easily viewed through the wall to wall windows on the first floor. Just a short stroll away are two swimming pools; one indoor and the other outdoor, but both heated as well as a bar/restaurant, shop and reception, tennis courts and children's outdoor play area. During the school holidays there is a busy programme of entertainment including quiz nights and karaoke plus sporting activities including archery, rock climbing, canoeing and abseiling (subject to seasonal opening times). Modern and immaculately presented, St Ann's 21 occupies an enviable position on this family friendly resort. with lovely long views towards Dartmoor. The living and dining area makes a great social space for relaxing after a day on the beach or a coastal walk. Get together around the dining table for board games, breakfasts or a lazy lunch. The kitchen has all you need for storing, food preparation and cooking, and there is a good pub/restaurant within a short walk if you choose to dine out. Guests will sleep soundly in the two comfortable ground floor bedrooms, both with ample storage. The bathroom has an overhead shower, so the choice is yours; a leisurely soak or invigorating shower and there is a separate WC. A firm favourite among families, there are communal lawns for ball games, a children's outdoor play area as well as the swimming pools!

Stairs to First Floor: Open-Plan Living Room with 32" TV and Kitchen. Other amenities: FREE Wi-fi available adjacent to the indoor pool. Communal indoor heated swimming pool (open all year), communal outdoor heated swimming pool (seasonal opening times apply), bar/restaurant, shop and reception (seasonal opening times apply), children's outdoor play area and tennis courts. Towels, bed linen and electric central heating included. The property offers accommodation over two levels and has a mixture of carpet, rug and vinyl flooring throughout. The external door is 71cm x 195cm and the internal doors range from 66cm - 68cm in width and 198cm in height. Kitchen worktops are of a standard height. There is a seated balcony for guests sole use accessed from the open plan living room. There is unallocated off road parking on a level tarmac surface located 15m from the entrance and via a sloped path.
