Valley Lodge 37 features stylish, lodge style living in the grounds of Tamar Valley Resort. The reverse level accommodation embraces the stunning rural views from a bright, comfortable and contemporary styled open plan living and dining area, with doors opening onto a spacious decked balcony area: complete with relaxing wooden steamer chairs and a treetop vista, whilst a smart and well equipped kitchen area enjoys views towards the nearby cluster of lodges dotted along the valley floor. Three comfortable, well appointed and stylishly presented bedrooms await downstairs, along with an indulgent, boutique inspired, family bathroom; a modern shower room and access to a decked seating area, where a gas barbeque is just waiting to be fired up for evenings of relaxation and alfresco dining.

Tamar Valley Resort offers great value accommodation in a scenic haven well known for its outstanding natural beauty. The lodge-style accommodation is well placed for guests looking to explore a little of both Cornwall and Devon with some fantastic local attractions nearby. Within a short drive is Cotehele, a Tudor house and valley garden estate set above the River Tamar or a little further afield you can visit the glorious sandy beach at Whitsand Bay with dramatic scenery and sheer cliffs. Equally accessible is the magical Dartmoor National Park with undulating moorlands and a myriad of historic sites and monuments - a rambler's dream. Just a short walk from the on site leisure facilities including indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, are the Valley Lodges. Arranged in small clusters along the valley stream, these typical lodge-style holiday homes are arranged over two floors with upstairs and downstairs terraces from which to enjoy the outside space. With the living space upstairs, guests are able to step out on to a decked balcony and take in the rural outlook towards Dartmoor and across the Tamar Valley. Valley Lodge 37 is a super lodge style holiday home located in a beautiful setting and is the perfect place for a get together with family and friends. The open-plan living room is spacious, comfortable and contemporary in style with doors leading out to a generous seated balcony with rural views beyond. Sit and enjoy an evening tipple listening to the gentle sounds of the pretty stream trickling past. If you opt to dine in, the kitchen is well equipped or why not take the 15 minute stroll to the local pub/restaurant. Three comfortable bedrooms - two doubles and one twin guarantee good sleep! The 'Jack and Jill' style family bathroom and separate shower room are very modern and pristine. Kids will love the on-site facilities - there are communal grassed areas, a children's outdoor play area and of course the swimming pools!

External and internal doors are of a standard width and height. Kitchen worktops are of a standard height. There is off-road communal parking on a gravel surface. From the parking area, the property is approached along a level path no more than 15m in distance. Ground Floor: 1 step to Entrance Hall. Bedroom 1 with 5' Bed. Bedroom 2 Double. Bedroom 3 Twin. Shower Room with walk-in shower and WC. Bathroom with bath, shower over and WC. One flight of stairs to First Floor: Open-Plan Living Room with 48" Smart TV and Kitchen. Other amenities: FREE Wi- Fi in lodge and at the indoor pool. Slimline Dishwasher. Gas barbecue. Communal indoor heated swimming pool (open all year), communal outdoor heated swimming pool (seasonal opening times apply), children's outdoor play area and tennis courts. Towels, linen and electric central heating included. Two pets go FREE.
