In a private and peaceful elevated position, overlooking the valley below and offering treetop views over open countryside to the moorland beyond, sits Valley Lodge 65. The detached, timber clad property - set within the grounds of Tamar Valley Resort - features warm, comfortable and stylish reverse level accommodation, with a well equipped modern kitchen/diner and an open plan living area, leading onto a spacious decked balcony. A good night's sleep can be enjoyed in one of the three comfy bedrooms, furnished with a restful and co-ordinated colour palette and each having the luxury of an ensuite bathroom. There are plenty of leisure facilities on-site to be enjoyed, and what better way to end a day spent exploring the surrounding countryside, or visiting nearby beaches, than relaxing in the lodge's private hot tub?

Tamar Valley Resort offers great value accommodation in a scenic haven well known for its outstanding natural beauty. The lodge-style accommodation is well placed for guests looking to explore a little of both Cornwall and Devon with some fantastic local attractions nearby. Within a short drive is Cotehele, a Tudor house and valley garden estate set above the River Tamar or a little further afield you can visit the glorious sandy beach at Whitsand Bay with dramatic scenery and sheer cliffs. Equally accessible is the magical Dartmoor National Park with undulating moorlands and a myriad of historic sites and monuments - a rambler's dream. Just a short walk from the on site leisure facilities including indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, bar/restaurant, shop and reception are the Valley Lodges. During the school holidays there is a busy programme of entertainment including quiz nights and karaoke plus sporting activities including archery, rock climbing, canoeing and abseiling (subject to seasonal opening times). Arranged in small clusters along the valley stream, these typical lodge-style holiday homes are arranged over two floors with upstairs and downstairs terraces from which to enjoy the outside space. With the living space upstairs, guests are able to step out on to a decked balcony and take in the rural outlook towards Dartmoor and across the Tamar Valley. Valley Lodge 65 is a detached holiday home located in a beautiful setting with lovely countryside views with the added bonus of a private hot tub! Perfect for a get together, the open plan living room is light and airy and offers plenty of space for everyone. This opens onto a balcony where you can enjoy alfresco dining and an evening tipple. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and if you don't fancy cooking, there is a good pub/restaurant on-site within a 3 minute walk. Located away from the roads and traffic noise, guests will enjoy a good nights' sleep in the bedrooms. The restful master bedroom with kingsize bed is neutral in decor and has an en-suite bathroom with a huge corner bath. The second double bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi style bath and direct access to a patio which has a super private hot tub! The twin bedroom in shades of blue offers flexibility and also has an en-suite shower room. Valley Lodge 65 is a real home from home and perfect for families and friends.

Bedroom 2 Double with en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and WC. Bedroom 3 Twin. One flight of stairs to first floor level. First Floor: Open-Plan Living/Dining Room with 47" TV and Balcony. Kitchen. Other amenities: FREE wifi adjacent to the indoor pool, dishwasher, freezer, hot tub. Communal indoor heated swimming pool (open all year), communal outdoor heated swimming pool (seasonal opening times apply), bar/restaurant, shop and reception (seasonal opening times apply), children's outdoor play area and tennis courts. Bed linen and electric heating included (please note towels are not provided in this lodge). Two pets go FREE. The property offers accommodation over two floors and has a mixture of carpet, rugs and vinyl flooring throughout. External and internal doors are of a standard width and height ranging from 74-78cm in width and 184cm in height. Kitchen worktops are of a standard height. There is off-road communal parking on a gravel surface. From the parking area, the property is approached via an uphill path no more than 25m in distance.
