The Farmhouse is a dog friendly, wow-factor holiday home with an indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym and a 100 acres of private land with a pond, river, woodland and pasture. The detached granite and slate built conversion features luxurious and stylish accommodation for up to 6 guests. The traditional exterior gives way to a warmly welcoming interior with a blend of rustic charm and contemporary styling, with beautiful open plan living areas, comfortable bedrooms and chic bathrooms. Peaceful and well tended gardens surround the property, with lawns, terraces and a barbecue area. The combination of tasteful decor, comfort, a relaxing ambience, excellent facilities and breathtaking countryside location - with easy access to the coast - will make this a truly appealing property to guests.

This is our third visit to Helsbury Park and we love staying there. The cottages have everything you need so you can pack light. It's well worth visiting Jamie Oliver's restaurant "Fifteen" in Watergate Bay, we had breakfast there and would recommend that to everyone. All beaches are brilliant can't pick a single favorite.

With incredible space inside and out, The Farmhouse at Helsbury Park not only offers truly luxurious accommodation but is also totally dog friendly. Stroll around the 100 acre back garden and then take a dip in the fabulous indoor heated swimming pool with gym and sauna which are shared between just three properties on this beautiful country estate. Granite and slate built, the farmhouse has a traditional exterior; yet step inside and you will find contemporary style on an imposing scale with superb open plan living spaces and beautiful bedrooms. On the ground floor, a delightful drawing room with wood burner and generous dining space open into the huge kitchen with bespoke oak units and a range style cooker. Enjoy a lazy breakfast overlooking the gardens and Camel Valley beyond from the stunning breakfast room with its floor to ceiling windows. A galleried staircase leads to the enormous master suite with four poster bed and a contemporary en-suite shower room. Also on the first floor are two further double bedrooms and a super family bathroom. There are gardens surrounding the house with lawns and terrace with barbecue area as well as the garden area to the front which leads you down to the pool house. Exploring the full extent of the private grounds will reveal a river, bridge, woodland and pasture. Take in spectacular vistas of Bodmin Moor and the Camel Valley with a view of Roughtor and Devil's Jump to the east and the river valley to the south. For your four legged friends there is an enclosed dog area with kennel as well as full access to the 100 acres of private walking. Situated in the heart of North Cornwall this unique site is nestled in between three Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty: The Camel Valley, Bodmin Moor and the North Cornish Coast. What more could you and your four legged friends wish for! For larger groups we also let the adjoining properties: Marhayes (6098) and Westhayes (6099), both of which sleep 6.

Ground Floor: Breakfast Room on two levels with two slate steps the whole width of the room. Cloakroom with WC. Kitchen with range style cooker. Sitting Room with wood burner and 32" TV. Dining Room with granite steps to the sitting room and one flight of stairs to first floor level. First Floor: Two steps to Bedroom 1 with 6' bed and two further steps to en-suite Shower Room with walk-in shower and WC. Bedroom 2 Double. Bedroom 3 with 5' bed. Bathroom with bath, separate walk-in shower and WC. Other amenities: Access to office with FREE Wi-Fi (shared with Westhayes and Marhayes). Dishwasher, washer-dryer, two wine coolers, stair-gate, charcoal barbecue and one basket of logs provided. Indoor heated swimming pool, gym and sauna available year round. Towels, bed linen and oil central heating included. Unlimited dogs welcome at £20 each per week. The property offers accommodation over two floors and has a mixture of carpeting and composite flooring with rugs throughout. External doors are of a standard width and height and internal doors are a standard width and height. Kitchen worktops are of a standard height. The garden has a mixture of lawn, gravel and granite steps. There is off-road parking for two cars on a cobble and gravel drive within 5 metres of the property entrance. From the parking area, there are is one single step and a slight slope.
