Cash Flow We believe in being open and that's why we do not hide away our commission rate of 20% plus VAT in the small print. We have a nominal registration fee of sixty pounds and there are no other fees, hidden or otherwise.

You will be paid every month in which a deposit has been taken or a holiday has completed. We will subtract our commission on payment. When a booking has been confirmed to you, we guarantee payment for the entire holiday even if the guest cancels the booking; unlike many agencies we do not charge you a booking cancellation fee, the risk falls to us to rebook the holiday.
Income Your property consultant will work with you to provide a comprehensive income projection, it is of course impossible to give accurate information without a thorough visit to your holiday home but we are happy to give consultative advice based on estate agents details for prospective owners or to have a tentative conversation regarding the potential of your holiday home.
Costs Many of our owners, (around sixty five percent), manage and clean their own properties which clearly reduces additional costs. For the remainder we can facilitate cleaning and management. Through a network of trusted local caretaking companies. The price for this will vary, but we will ensure that you are paying the fair market value for the level of service that you require.
