Seafield is a fabulous new semi detached property in Carbis Bay with magnificent views over St Ives Bay to Godrevy Lighthouse. The property has been beautifully designed to take full advantage of the views from the open plan living room with bi-fold doors. Tastefully decorated and furnished throughout it offers an extremely comfortable level of accommodation for six guests in three bedrooms. The kitchen and utility are well equipped, and the three spacious contemporary bathrooms plus an additional cloak room make this a very attractive property.
All our properties are personally appraised by our team, who work in association with Visit England to ensure quality standards are upheld.

A chic coastal retreat with a bewitching panoramic seascape across St Ives Bay, Seafield is less than a 15 minute downhill walk from the golden sandy beach at Carbis Bay. The blue flag beach offers safe bathing, an ocean sports centre and to top it off there is a fabulous café and the boutique Carbis Bay Hotel, a great spot for post swim cocktails! St Ives is less than 2 miles along the coast and can be reached by foot along the coast path or by hopping on the branch line from the station above the beach. Picturesque St Ives needs little introduction... explore the winding streets, discover galleries and boutiques galore then enjoy a drink or dine waterside as the sun sets. During the day you can take pleasure boat trips, fishing excursions, seal safari or coast-hugging train ride. Venturing a little further afield you will find more beautiful beaches at Hayle Towans, Gwithian and Godrevy - the rock pools are amazing. Marazion with magical St Michael's Mount is a short drive away as are Penzance, Newlyn and the charismatic fishing village of Mousehole. For the most dramatic scenery take the coast road towards Land's End around the Penwith Peninsula. Seafield really does have captivating ocean views from all principal rooms. The open-plan living room hosts fabulous bi-fold doors out to a glass balustrade balcony - a great spot to enjoy a morning coffee overlooking the sandy shorelines of Carbis Bay, Gwithian and Hayle towards Godrevy lighthouse. Comfy sofas, a designer feature wall, oak flooring and a gas flame stove add to the stylish yet simple pleasures.The sleek kitchen has all the appliances and the dining area is framed by an azure sea backdrop. The master bedroom is a sophisticated and sumptuous space on the first floor, with Juliet balcony and windows overlooking the magnificent bay, ample top notch storage, a TV and vast en-suite bathroom. The two further bedrooms on the ground floor are neatly presented with nautically inspired hues of chalky whites and inky blues. These bedrooms have direct access to the garden - a sunny space for barbecues, play and a sundowner or two!

From Hallway, stairs down to Lower Ground Floor. Bedroom 2 Double with en-suite bathroom with bath, low level shower over and WC. Bedroom 3 Twin with 23" TV. Shower Room with walk-in shower and WC. Other amenities: FREE Wi-Fi, Bluetooth Soundbar/base unit, dishwasher, washer-dryer, charcoal barbecue. Towels, bed linen and underfloor heating included. The property offers accommodation over three floors and has a mixture of carpeting, tile, wood floors and rugs throughout. External doors are wider and higher than standard, ranging from 80.5cm - 90cm x 201cm - 202cm. Internal doors are a standard height and width. Kitchen worktops are of a standard height. The rear garden has a level lawn and paved patio area, via the two ground floor bedrooms, or 10 exterior paved steps at the side of the property, accessed from the front garden. There is off-road parking for one car (or two small) on a level paved surface approx 5 metres from the entrance. There is unrestricted on-street parking for additional cars. From the parking area, there are 5 steps down to the front door. Beautiful property in an ideal location - residential area rather than in the main tourist area. Within walking distance of Tesco (5 mins), Carbis Bay (10-15 mins) & St Ives (30 mins). Lovely and quiet. Area downstairs is brilliant for cooking, eating & relaxing allowing everyone to be together. The views are breathtaking!
