I have to say Clarence Place surpassed my expectations. It was stylish, clean, well-equipped, light and airy. My family and I have had a wonderful week. I want to thank the owner for her attention to detail. The building itself and the small street it is on are like an oasis within Penzance. It was extremely quiet too. To have a parking space was wonderful. Overall I would recommend Clarence Place wholeheartedly to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Cornwall. We don't usually return to the same place twice but if we did I would definitely return to Clarence Place. Many thanks.

Clarence Place sits in a prime position in the coastal town of Penzance with tantalising views over roof tops towards the sea. It is located off the beaten track in an elegant Georgian terrace and within a short walk of the scenic promenade, open sea, harbour, restaurants, bars, galleries, shops, sub-tropical gardens, a cinema and BR station. Coastal walks can commence from the front door towards the charming fishing village of Mousehole in the west and Marazion, linked by tidal causeway to St Michael's Mount, in the east. Discover world class beaches at St Ives, Porthcurno and Sennen and for a memorable and varied holiday experience, a visit to The Minack Theatre and Land's End is highly recommended. This venue is also well placed for a day trip by sea from Penzance or by air from Land's End to the sleepy Scilly Isles. Inside, space and light combine. Spread over the first and second floors of a terraced Georgian townhouse, this immaculate and refined apartment is set apart for offering flexible accommodation with four bedrooms between six guests. Glimpses of the sea can be admired from the spacious sitting room and all of the bedrooms, including a superb master bedroom. Designed with families in mind, children love the single bedroom equipped with a day bed and the twin bedrooms set beneath the eaves. Clarence Place also benefits from a small and enclosed deck patio set above a garage with garden furniture, which is a sheltered sun-trap for a quiet read or alfresco meals.

There is allocated parking for one car on a tarmac surface approx 3m from the property entrance.
