Breakers Point is a charming property just a short walk away from the bustle of the centre of St Ives. The hilltop location provides fabulous ocean views from the top floor. A well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and a modern bathroom allow guests to relax straightaway. The attention to detail runs throughout the property and provides guests with a fabulous cornish seaside retreat. The reserved parking space is a real asset to this property especially during the busy summer months.

Lap up ocean views over St Ives Bay along the coast to Godrevy Lighthouse from the sanctuary of this modern, year-round getaway. Located in an enviable position with an idyllic beach within moments, Breakers Point is well-placed to explore by foot the joys of Cornwall's most famous seaside town. You can park the car without hassle in the space provided (a Godsend for St Ives) and leave it! The town is almost surrounded by the sea and boasts an array of golden beaches. The largest, Porthmeor Beach, is a 5 minute downhill walk and great for surfing, swimming, sandcastles and the best sunsets in town. Book a surf lesson, reserve a table for dinner at the beachside restaurant or visit the iconic Tate St Ives gallery located next to the beach. Stroll into the hub of town and discover cobbled streets lined with boutique shops, award winning art galleries and tempting cafes, inns and restaurants. Head for the seafront and soak up the harbour side atmosphere. You might be lucky to see a curious seal or dolphin amid the comings and goings of the fishing and pleasure boats. Walkers will love it here too! Tall granite cliffs, wild moorland, hidden coves and fascinating wild life are some of the wonders to be encountered on the south west coast path and the nearby landmark attractions at Land's End, St Michael's Mount and The Minack Theatre present opportunities to string together a very memorable holiday experience. Check in to Breakers Point, spread out over three floors and unwind in a laid back, home-from-home vibe. Practical and spacious for families and couples, the open plan living room is equipped with a cosy coal-effect gas fire and well-resourced kitchen. Head up to the first floor to a pristine bathroom, complete with a deep bath tub and separate shower, and a generous twin bedroom furnished with comfy twin 'zip and link' beds (which can be presented as a super king size bed on request and at time of booking). Parents will love the cleverly crafted loft-style bedroom on the second floor with dual aspect views of the legendary Island Peninsula and across the rooftops of St Ives to the sea. Outside is a small and enclosed flower-filled patio that is perfect for soaking up the rays.

Stairs (with 15 steps) to First Floor: Bathroom with bath, separate walk-in shower and WC. Bedroom 1 Twin (zip and link to super king size bed on request and at time of booking). Stairs (with 14 steps) to Second Floor: Bedroom 2 Double with 5' Bed. Other amenities: FREE wi-fi, fridge freezer, washer drier, high-chair, child step and moveable stair-gate. A small selection of DVD's for adults and children plus children's books and games. Towels, bed linen and gas central heating included. The property offers accommodation over three floors and has a mixture of carpeting, tile and vinyl flooring throughout. The external doors range from 73cm - 91cm in width and 198cm - 200cm in height. The internal doors range from 71cm - 74cm in width and 196cm - 197cm in height. Kitchen worktops are 89cm in height. There is one parking space at the rear which is best suited to a medium sized car. The parking space is 2.3m in width and 9m in length. The parking area is level and is 5m from the rear door and accessed along a path with 8 steps.
