Bowjy is a lovely home-from-home farmstead cottage with lovely open countryside views which can be viewed from the comfort of the private hot tub, or indeed the cozy sitting room. The open plan layout allows for sociable cooking and dining, or simply lounging around chatting, watching television or sharing a jigsaw. A Master bedroom en suite and two further bedrooms with Jack 'n'Jill bathroom access offer comfortable sleeping accommodation, there is plenty of parking provided along with an outside barbeque area in a sociable courtyard to the rear of the property.

With the Atlantic coast less than a 20 minute drive away promising golden sand and super surf, come back after a day's play to a delicious dip in your exclusive hot tub - don't forget your favourite tipple as an optional extra! Centrally positioned in Cornwall, Bowjy is perfectly placed for discovering and exploring all of Cornwall's coastlines. The popular seaside resort of Perranporth is eight miles away with large sandy beach, shops, restaurants and inns. Newquay is famed for its surf, so hire gear and take lessons or enjoy spectacular cliff top walks at Holywell Bay. Sail at Loe Beach near Feock or play tennis in Truro, if a retail fix is not required. There's a cinema and theatre too - book tickets in advance - and the stunning Gothic Cathedral. Dairyland Farm World, The Lappa Valley Steam Railway, golf courses and Trewithen with landscaped parkland provide entertainment for everyone what ever the weather. Bathroom with bath, low level shower over and WC. Bedroom 2 Twin. Bedroom 3 5' Bed. Other amenities: Hot tub. FREE Wi-Fi, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, shared charcoal barbecue. Towels, bed linen, robes and central heating included. Two pets welcome at £25 each per week. The property offers accommodation on one floor and has a mixture of tiles, slate and rugs throughout. External doors range from 81-126cm in width and 188 x 199cm in height. Internal doors are 83 x189cm. Kitchen worktops are not of a standard height at 92cm. The enclosed and patio with hot tub is on a paved level surface. The communal courtyard is on a level surface. There is off-road parking for 2 cars on a level surface approximately 15 metres from the entrance.
