“Still one of my favourite cottages Cosy and warm with everything you need.”

Only problem was the washing machine was full of so much hair but cleaning the washing machine and dishwasher seems to get overlooked in all the cottages. Other than that everything was perfect for us. Thank you.

The property

Approached by a pathway next to the stream, Tre Pol Pen has a really homely feel once inside.

The lovely open plan living space has French windows opening to a conservatory with cream wicker sofas, perfect for relaxing on after a hard day at the beach.

The well equipped kitchen has ample working space and there are two bedrooms, a twin off the living area and a double at the front which overlooks the stream.

There is a terrace at the rear of the property which is equipped with a picnic bench and there is an allocated parking space nearby plus visitor parking.

Set on the far edge of the Village, Tre Pol Pen is just a mile from Swanpool.

Whilst just a short stroll from the centre of the village, this spot seems to retain an air of tranquility, being beautifully planted, guests will enjoy seasonal highlights all year round.

Spring daffodils, summer ferns, rhododendrons and autumnal oaks are fastidiously managed and make up just part of the award winning flora and foliage displays in the grounds.

From the cottage you will enjoy easy access to the Splash Pool after a work-out in the Gym, look no further.

Drawn to the Village because of the close proximity to local beaches.

Within 1 mile you will find two sandy, sheltered coves that are popular amongst families.

If you fancy lunch or dinner with a sea view we can thoroughly recommend the restaurants at both beaches serving delicious local fayre, and there are several other reputable cafes and eateries in the area.

North Helford and Falmouth are perhaps the quintessential Cornish visitor destinations; a mix of beach, creek and woodland serve some of our most interesting and historic villages and towns.

Falmouth itself is home to the National Maritime Museum, visitors will enjoy an amble through the narrow streets and possibly a boat trip across the River Fal or up the Truro River.

The Village of Gardens, Pendra Loweth is a village of purpose built and privately owned self-catering holiday cottages.

Situated in the beautiful and peaceful valley leading down to Maenporth Beach, Falmouth.

With onsite facilities including tennis courts, children's outdoor play area, Jacuzzi and an indoor splash pool (seasonal opening hours).

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £150.
