“Fantastic home from home having everything you need for a relaxing holiday.”

Spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen. Loads of very hot water for baths after hours of walking the coast path. Comfortable firm mattress on the double bed so well rested each night. Warm and cosy accommodation in very well tended grounds. Dedicated parking space a few feet from the house. Would thoroughly recommend and would love to return in the future.

The property

This great semi detached cottage is under a mile to the fabulous beach at Maenporth, where the views from the coastal footpath are a must see.

Tucked away in a quiet spot next to a gentle stream is this lovely, dog friendly, semi-detached cottage in a woodland setting close to great onsite facilities.

Two Hoots is cosy retreat for those who enjoy the outdoor life.

The kids can easily access the ball courts with tennis football, netball, basketball and volley ball options.

Nicely furnished, the cottage has a light and spacious open plan living space with stable doors opening onto a patio at the front and a quiet spot at the rear to sit and listen to the gentle stream.

The kitchen is cleverly arranged with ample work area and there are two good sized bedrooms; a double and single room.

There is a parking space and visitor parking nearby.

Set on the far edge of the Village, Two Hoots enjoys access from the winding lanes which lead in from the Swanpool beach road.

Whilst just a short stroll from the centre of the village, this spot seems to retain an additional air of tranquility, being beautifully planted, guests will enjoy seasonal highlights all year round.

Spring daffodils, summer ferns, rhododendrons and autumnal oaks are fastidiously managed by the grounds team and make up just part of the flora and foliage displays in the grounds.

Drawn to the Village because of the close proximity to local beaches, guests can take the lanes and after a fifteen minute walk arrive at Swanpool.

Here you will find a sandy, protected and vibrant cove that has easy level access.

If you fancy lunch or dinner with a sea view, try Hooked serving superb local fayre, as well as the other cafes and eateries in the area.

Just as convenient is the slightly quieter cove at Maenporth, again the perfect spot in which to spend a day on the beach but close enough to pop to for a couple of hours and an invigorating swim.

North Helford and Falmouth are perhaps the quintessential Cornish visitor destinations; a mix of beach, creek and woodland serve some of our most interesting and historic villages and towns.

Falmouth itself is home to the National Maritime Museum, visitors will enjoy an amble through the narrow streets and possibly a boat trip across the River Fal or up the river towards Truro.

The Cornish Cottage Holidays team is always on hand to advise you on the area and to help you plan your stay with us. The Village of Gardens, Pendra Loweth is a village of purpose built and privately owned self-catering holiday cottages.

Situated in the beautiful and peaceful valley leading down to Maenporth Beach, Falmouth.

With onsite facilities including tennis courts, children's outdoor play area and an indoor plunge pool (seasonal opening hours).
