“I downgraded the Comfort rating because of the noise.”
Because the property is next door to the Spar shop, and there is a handy short-term parking bay in the road, there is a continual slamming of car doors and boot lids by shoppers. At night it became peaceful......for the first two nights, but then a family of 5 moved into the flat upstairs. The first night they seemed to be moving furniture, and then it was constant foot traffic, day and night, for the rest of our stay. The flat upstairs needs a carpet!

I downgraded the Facilities because there were only two of the small dishes. There were four of everything else, including large plates, so this was not serious, just a little inconvenient on a couple of occasions.
The only other observations are 1. That the Welcome folder recommended (and enclosed a menu for) the Cornish Curry Co .... apparently they ceased trading a few months ago, 2. This is the first holiday rental ever where there no tourist guides or maps (I have taken the liberty of leaving said items in the Welcome folder) and 3. This is the first Cornwall holiday rental where there was no provision of a couple of scones, some cream, and a small pot of jam. I know it's not a given, but it was actually surprising when it was missing....... but thank you for the tea bags.
