The property

This charming three-bedroom house, 3 African Row, is located in Barripper, a village on the outskirts of Camborne., a popular holiday location in Cornwall.

The home, which can accommodate five visitors and one well-behaved dog, is surrounded by local services, an abundance of walking locations, and the magnificent blue coastline.

When you arrive at 3 African Row, you'll find off-road parking for one car and a country-style facade that welcomes you to Cornwall.

When you walk through the front door, you'll find an electric fire, a Smart TV, a selection of novels, and a variety of board games, all of which invite you to spend a relaxing night in.

In the kitchen, immerse yourself in the self-catering experience, with everything you'll need to meet your culinary demands; you'll also have access to a cloakroom, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer, ideal for use after a long walk or a day at the beach.

Discover the enclosed garden, which acts as a suntrap on hot days and is ideal for a late brunch, an afternoon picnic, or even an evening of alfresco dining.

As the evening progresses, make your way to one of three well-appointed bedrooms, all of which provide a relaxing environment in which to unpack, unwind, and prepare for your next excursions; choose from a king, a twin/super king, or a single, all of which have access to the main family bathroom.

Barripper is a quiet but picturesque village close to popular Cornish beaches, such as Portreath, yet its location also makes it an ideal place for getting away from it all.

The gorgeous coastline of Peter's Point, and Paradise Park and JungleBarn Cornwall, with over 130 species to find and observe, are all located outside of town.

For a truly Cornish experience, visit the Tate St Ives and see the modern art on exhibit, tour the Museum of Cornish Life and see the treasures of local memories, or support the Cornish Seal Sanctuary's work by participating in the breakfast rounds.

Hike around Man's Head St Ives, take a trek along the South West Coastal Path, or escape to Trebah Garden's sub-tropical gardens and be swept away by its colourful sea of exotic blossoms.

Choose 3 African Row as your family's home-from-home in Cornwall, for convenient access to a plethora of neighbouring attractions.

About the location

Portreath 4.5 miles; Hayle 7 miles.

Camborne lies in the heart of a former mining community and was well known for its “Queen of Cornish Mines" - the Dolcoath copper and tin mine, the deepest in Cornwall. Today, Camborne is home to Heartlands, a community space covering 19 acres and scattered with remnants of the mining industry, providing a free space for visitors to explore the heritage of Cornwall, browse art and craft projects, stroll through the gardens and sit and share a picnic or enjoy lunch at the Red River Café. From Camborne centre you can follow an interesting town trail, or spend the afternoon in the museum before visiting the array of shops and pubs. A ten-minute drive from Camborne brings you to a wealth of sandy Cornish beaches including Portreath, Gwithian and Porthtowan. Camborne is ideal for exploring Land’s End, the Lizard Peninsula, Truro and the Eden Project, which are all less than an hour’s drive away, ideal for a day trip.
