    “Super cottage in a quiet village with everything you need for a great holiday.”

    The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of space in the lounge to relax after a day on the beach or exploring. It was ideally placed, close to local beaches and a short drive to Hayle, Marazion etc. We had a lovely meal at the local pub which is a short walk from the property and also in the local farm shop restaurant. The parking was also a bonus. Would definitely book again!

For a truly Cornish experience, visit the Tate St Ives and see the modern art on exhibit, tour the Museum of Cornish Life and see the treasures of local memories, or support the Cornish Seal Sanctuary's work by participating in the breakfast rounds.

Hike around Man's Head St Ives, take a trek along the South West Coastal Path, or escape to Trebah Garden's sub-tropical gardens and be swept away by its colourful sea of exotic blossoms.

Camborne lies in the heart of a former mining community and was well known for its “Queen of Cornish Mines" - the Dolcoath copper and tin mine, the deepest in Cornwall. Today, Camborne is home to Heartlands, a community space covering 19 acres and scattered with remnants of the mining industry, providing a free space for visitors to explore the heritage of Cornwall, browse art and craft projects, stroll through the gardens and sit and share a picnic or enjoy lunch at the Red River Café. From Camborne centre you can follow an interesting town trail, or spend the afternoon in the museum before visiting the array of shops and pubs. A ten-minute drive from Camborne brings you to a wealth of sandy Cornish beaches including Portreath, Gwithian and Porthtowan.
