Situated as one of the 4 superb barn conversions, Barn Owl boasts a cosy but practical living layout that makes your holiday that little bit more convenient.

Wander into the open plan living room comprising of a well-equipped kitchen and a comfy sitting area, boasting plush settees and a TV.

There's also a dining area to gather at meal times.

Sleeping up to four guests, this accommodation hosts two bedrooms; a double and twin with the bathroom completing the interior.

Outside there is a lovely communal area for which parties can gather, as well as large, open fields awaiting your exploration.

QUINTRELL DOWNS

Newquay 3 miles; Perranporth 9.1 miles

This Cornish village rests some three miles south-east of Newquay, named after the surrounding area of moorland and playing host to a local shop, a couple of pubs, a garden centre and the railway station, which operates local services every couple of hours between Par and Newquay.
