The property

Tawny Owl is nestled in a beautiful rural setting, overlooking a valley and surrounding farmland and fields.

It is located in an enviable position that grants lots of woodland and lakeside walks alike, as well only being 3 miles from the bustling resort of Newquay and an excellent choice of beaches.

The cottage itself welcomes family living with its spacious and comfortable layout while all being set on ground level.

The open plan living room comprises a well-equipped kitchen area with integrated appliances easing you through your stay, as well as a bright and airy dining area for you to gather at mealtimes.

The comfortable sitting area hosts a large L shaped sofa that is perfect for relaxing after a long day out.

The main bedroom has a double bed while there's also a twin and bunk, making it ideal for families.

To complete the interior there is a generous family bathroom that benefits from a separate bath and shower.

Outside there is a communal courtyard with seating area from which the surrounding countryside can be admired from.

There is also a large field that the is perfect for family games.

Beyond the field is a very special area that offers private woodland and lakeside walks that perfectly encompasses the natural beauty of the surrounding region.

Newquay is just a 5-minute drive away is the home to a spectacular array of beaches and attractions that you would expect from one of the UK's leading resorts.

Located in a beautiful rural setting overlooking a valley and surrounded by fields and farmland, Bejowan Barns is a small select development of just 4 tastefully furnished barn conversions situated a short walk from the village of Quintrell Downs less than 3 miles from the bustling seaside resort of Newquay and a wonderful array of beaches. Offering a range of barns from a cozy one bedroom cottage for 2 to a spacious three bedroom cottage, ideal for a family, there is something for everyone here. Two of the cottages welcome pets as the surrounding area is very dog-friendly. If booking ahead all the barns can be booked together to accommodate a total of 18 for special occasions. QUINTRELL DOWNS

Newquay 3 miles; Perranporth 9.1 miles

This Cornish village rests some three miles south-east of Newquay, named after the surrounding area of moorland and playing host to a local shop, a couple of pubs, a garden centre and the railway station, which operates local services every couple of hours between Par and Newquay. You can also access Newquay by car, via the A392, and discover its endless supply of rolling surf, three wonderful beaches, each offering something different, and a variety of family-friendly attractions.
