“Whilst we appreciate the flat is close to the road we found it very difficult to sleep because of the traffic noise at night, this was not helped by an extremely uncomfortable soft bed, & the gas boiler which is also in the bedroom firing up throughout the night.”

There was a distinct lack of cutlery & limited crockery necessitating frequent use of the dishwasher. Very poor ironing board & cheap iron & thin bath towels all in all not a 5 star property.
