The property

Full of character, this beautiful single storey cottage is situated right on Boscastle's famous Elizabethan harbour, overlooking the river.

The property has direct access onto the famous South West Coastal Path, making it perfect for families or friends who are looking to explore the dramatic North coast of Cornwall.

After parking up directly in front of the property, enter into the porch.

The cosy living room welcomes you, with comfortable sofas and a TV helping you to unwind after a busy day out.

Amble to the rear of the property where the well-equipped kitchen comes complete with integrated appliances and a fine dining table which holds an attractive view from the window beside it.

There are two bedrooms here; a double which benefits from en-suite facilities and a twin which is served by the bright and airy family bathroom.

Outside there is a patio area where you can enjoy the countryside around you.

The centre of the village can be reached within a moments walk and is home to some quality restaurants and pubs, including the famous Cobweb Inn, which, even in winter with its two open fires, is a most welcoming Cornish pub, with a good reputation for excellent food and locally-brewed ales.

Tintagel and all its history is a short drive away and most definitely worth a visit, with legendary sites such as Tintagel Castle and the Old Post Office that dates back to the 1300s.

Further afield is the touristy town of Camelford; the gateway to the spectacular Bodmin Moor.

A well-represented cottage that allows for easy access for exploring the North Coast.

Spectacular cliff tops, rocky coves, wild surf, open fields and rich wildlife characterise this beautiful area. The sandy beaches of Bossiney, Trebarwith Strand and Crackington Haven are all within 5 miles and the surfing beaches at Bude and Polzeath are within easy driving distance.
