    “What a wonderful property!”

! Beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, stunning gardens, idyllic location/view and everything we needed provided! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and so did our two miniature schnauzers who loved the secure gardens..We have stayed in several properties with Sykes Cottages over the years and this was by far the best. We couldn’t fault anything and would highly recommend a stay! We will be back! Thanks

Its contemporary interior has been thoughtfully created to meet all of the family's needs.

Get ready to cook up a storm with help from an electric oven, gas hob, and fridge/freezer in addition to a dishwasher, ensuring cleaning up is a breeze, in the generous, well-equipped kitchen with a Smart TV!!

As the wine is poured and plans for the adventures ahead are discussed, sit down for a nice supper at the dining table for six.

Take advantage if the weather is beautiful enough for an alfresco dinner in the private garden, courtesy of the barbecue.

After a satisfying meal, curl up on the plush sofas and watch your favourite show on the Smart TV in the sitting area as the wood-burning stove adds a glow and warmth to the room.

In the utility room, you'll find a washer and dryer for keeping your clothes clean during your holiday, as well as a shower room so you don't have to wait in line in the morning!

After a long day of sightseeing, you'll want to relax in one of the three well-appointed bedrooms on the first floor, each with its own private bathroom and shower, so you can get ready for the next day in the most luxurious of ways.

Head to the nearby pub, The Dolphin Inn, and treat your guests to a delicious pub lunch and a night off from the kitchen as you explore your local area.

You can also try local ales at two breweries and purchase your favourites to take back home, as well as learn about the process.

A must-visit is Trewithen Gardens, where you can relax with a cup of tea and cake after strolling across the sprawling estate.

Visit Truro, which is just a short drive away, and you'll find a stunning Victorian cathedral and the Royal Cornwall Museum, where you can learn about local life and history.

Visitors to the Enchanted Trail, the Coosebean Woodland, and the Victorian Gardens will be delighted with the excellent strolling locations offered.

In Truro, there's a great golf club with an 18-hole course spread out over 67 acres of parkland for the sharp putters among your group.

St Austell is a great place to visit if you're looking for a variety of great beaches, as well as the Kidzworld Adventure Play and the South West Coast Path.
