Grampound has a protected dog-walking field and traffic-free riverside walk for your canine companions to use and a nearby pet supply store.

Get ready to cook up a storm with help from an electric oven, gas hob, and fridge/freezer in addition to a dishwasher, ensuring cleaning up is a breeze, in the generous, well-equipped kitchen with a Smart TV!!

As the wine is poured and plans for the adventures ahead are discussed, sit down for a nice supper at the dining table for six.

Take advantage if the weather is beautiful enough for an alfresco dinner in the private garden, courtesy of the barbecue, with an outdoor heater to keep you warm as the evening cools down.

After a satisfying meal, curl up on the plush sofas and watch your favourite show on the Smart TV in the sitting area as the wood-burning stove adds a glow and warmth to the room.

In the utility room, you'll find a washer and dryer for keeping your clothes clean during your holiday, as well as a shower room so you don't have to wait in line in the morning!

Visitors to the Enchanted Trail, the Coosebean Woodland, and the Victorian Gardens will be delighted with the excellent strolling locations offered.

In Truro, there's a great golf club with an 18-hole course spread out over 67 acres of parkland for the sharp putters among your group.

St Austell is a great place to visit if you're looking for a variety of great beaches, as well as the Kidzworld Adventure Play and the South West Coast Path.

Grampound is a pretty, historic village situated on the edge of the Roseland Peninsula, a designated part of Cornwall's Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Approximately equidistant to the cathedral city of Truro, the old market town of St Austell and the north and south coasts, it is an excellent location for exploring the Cornish Riviera with its beautiful landscape and coastal scenery. You will find a country pub, heritage centre, restaurant, general stores and a coffee shop in the village. The long tracts of sandy beach at Carne, Pendower and Porthluney, are dog-friendly and are within easy reach of and the charming fishing village of Mevagissey and historic port of Charlestown, which are well worth a visit. The infamous Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are within a short drive and for a more active break, there is Pentewen Cycle Trail and Porthpean Golf Course. A visit to the exclusive waterfront village of St Mawes and the harbour town of Fowey with their excellent range of pubs and foodie restaurants are highly commended.
