The property

Jessica's Cottage is a charming cottage located in the small settlement of Bridge near Cornwall's west coast.

With its real sense of country charm, this is a lovely base for families and friends wishing to get away from it all and enjoy the many delights of Cornwall.

The open-plan living area takes up the entire ground floor and features exposed stone walls and beamed ceilings, as well as a communal space.

In the kitchen, which is equipped with a variety of tools to assist with home-cooking, you can produce a favourite family dish with ease.

After you've had your fill of food, sink onto one of the leather sofas and catch up on your favourite shows on TV.

The bedrooms are located upstairs and include a king-size bed with zip/link beds and a double bed, all of which are completed in neutral tones.

The bathroom completes the decor by providing both a bath and a shower, allowing you to choose how you want to get ready for the day.

The wide grassy play area at the back of the house provides a beautiful space for family games, while the back door opens out onto fabulous views of Bridge Valley's forest.

When you're ready to go exploring, the surrounds offer beautiful countryside while still being close to the shore, giving you the best of both worlds throughout your visit; a few attractions, such as the interesting Cornwall Gold and Tolgus Mill, are also close by.

Get in the car and head to Portreath, a fishing port with a slew of attractions, including the famed Porthtreath Beach and Harbour, as well as the scenic South West Coastal Path, which makes for a great walking route.
