The property was once a dairy farm belonging to Lanhydrock House but is now privately owned and no longer a working farm.
The Coach House itself at one time housed the farm implements and vehicles but has now been totally remodelled and refurbished to a high standard.
In its elevated position on the hillside it offers expansive views over gardens, woodland and surrounding farmland.
Secluded parking is available for two vehicles.
The accommodation sleeps four with a double and a single bedroom.
