“Generally very good.”

Still has no internet which is a pain. It seemed a little worn in places and could perhaps do with a little redecoration. My wife found the bed uncomfortable. Nevertheless, views to the sea amazing and a super convenient location.

“Lovely property but quite dirty.”

Dog hairs on sofa and door mats, balls of fluff in corners. Windows very dirty, hard to see out and outside furniture covered in dust and dirt with dog hairs in the cobwebs. Such a shame as we loved the property.

“We loved our stay at this apartment.”

The beds were so comfy, the view was stunning and the apartment was well laid out, decorated and spacious. Lots of things to do nearby and we had everything we needed. The lack of wifi was brilliant for getting the pre teens away from electronics but there was still phone reception to find great local eateries and walks. Win win!

Well equipped, with all the comforts. Only suggestion, not a criticism, pictures in the bedroom and lounge would make the property more homely, and bigger bath sheets would be nice. Many thanks for our stay, we are already looking at next year!

It was really comfortable. The garden is so well maintained. It would really add value if you can also provide Wi-Fi as sometimes people come for workcation as well. Also, the floor could have been more clean.

“A fantastic property with the most amazing views ,great facilities well equipped apartment ,comfy bed and a very helpful caretaker Martin who helped us log on to the WIFi which was quite complicated for some reason A small vacuum cleaner would have been useful but that’s the only negative.”

I hope the reasonable rental price continues so we can return many more times as I am sure the properties will become very popular as more people visit this year .

Phone signal is very poor in the apartment so WiFi is needed. Also a pair of tongues for cooking in the kitchen would be beneficial. I would definitely return if there was WiFi so family can contact me. Thanks for the lovely stay.

“We booked both apartments 2&3 for a family holiday.”

Lovely apartments recently refurbished with high quality appliances and lovely views. If there was one negative which needs to be improved on was the cleaning standards. One of the apartments (2 I think) had thick dust & hairs and a couple of party balloons under the bed. 3 had unused and used food left in one of the drawers. In view of Covid we felt better care should have been taken to ensure the cleaning standards are 100 percent . I’m sure this can be easily rectified and everything else was fantastic. Special mention to Martin I think the caretaker who was very helpful during our stay. Would def book again!

Crantock is a small Cornish village, just a short walk from the beach, close to the popular resort of Newquay. If you want to escape the crowds, yet still be close to the action, this is the place to be.
