The property

This cottage promotes comfortable living with a homely layout, as well being situated in a convenient location for access to both the beach and village.

The accommodation is all on one level with a lovely laminated floor with scattered rugs throughout, making you feel just at home.

The sitting room provides sofas and armchairs that make the perfect spot to snuggle up by the fire.

Just off the living room, the kitchen is comes fully fitted with every appliance needed to cook a hearty family feast.

When it comes to sleep, this cottage hosts two bedrooms, sleeping four in total; there is a king-size double and a twin (2 single beds) as well as generous family bathroom with shower cubicle.

Outside you will find an enclosed rear garden, making it ideal for dog owners or parties with small children.

The garden also provides an excellent spot to soak up those Cornish rays, due to its southerly aspect.

Corner House is also situated close to the village centre, meaning you are never more than a five-minute walk away from two pubs, the church of St Carantoc, the Londis/Post Office store and other village attractions.

Spend the day at Crantock Beach, home to fabulous sand dunes and excellent surfing conditions, this beach is one of the main attractions of the area and it’s easy to see why - plus it’s only a 10 minute walk away!

Newquay 4.5 miles.

Crantock is a small Cornish village, just a short walk from the beach, close to the popular resort of Newquay. If you want to escape the crowds, yet still be close to the action, this is the place to be. There's stunning countryside all around and lots of pretty villages to explore; however, it is the coast that dominates. Enjoy superb walks along the coastal path over dramatic cliff-tops, or magnificent surfing on beaches stretching from Watergate Bay in the North to Fistral beach in the centre of Newquay and on down the coast. There are a number of golf courses in the area, as well as National Trust properties, traditional pubs and outstanding restaurants. Newquay itself is a visitor's paradise with a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, plus attractions such as the Sea Life Centre, Newquay Zoo and nearby Dairyland and Eden Project.
