With accessibility in mind, this accommodation hosts two ground floor bedrooms including a super king and a twin, along with a shared family bathroom.

The first floor benefits from an open plan layout with a dining and living area, as well as a well-equipped kitchen.

Guests on the second floor will be treated to a super king (twin on request) as well as a family bathroom with bath and shower.

Outside the property, you will find a patio garden at the rear, on two levels, with steps between.

The lawn on the upper level is the perfect spot to soak up some sun or simply indulge in a good book, with the privacy of fences on each side.

A stay in The Dunes also provides the benefit of being so close to the spectacular Crantock beach; expanses of golden sands and outstanding surfing conditions at your doorstep.

If adventure takes you further afield, why not explore the popular town of Newquay, home to a range of things to see and do such as its Sea Life Centre and Zoo.

About the location

CRANTOCK

Newquay 4.5 miles.

Crantock is a small Cornish village, just a short walk from the beach, close to the popular resort of Newquay. If you want to escape the crowds, yet still be close to the action, this is the place to be. There's stunning countryside all around and lots of pretty villages to explore; however, it is the coast that dominates. Enjoy superb walks along the coastal path over dramatic cliff-tops, or magnificent surfing on beaches stretching from Watergate Bay in the North to Fistral beach in the centre of Newquay and on down the coast. There are a number of golf courses in the area, as well as National Trust properties, traditional pubs and outstanding restaurants. Newquay itself is a visitor's paradise with a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, plus attractions such as the Sea Life Centre, Newquay Zoo and nearby Dairyland and Eden Project.
