The property

Full of charm and character, this lovely apartment is located in a picturesque setting right on the historic Harbour Bridge in the fishing village of Polperro.

After leaving the car in the private parking space, take the steps up to the first floor apartment.

You are greeted by an open plan living area consisting of a comfortable sitting area with large SMART TV and well-equipped kitchen.

The room is bright and airy and offers lovely views of the streets and harbour from most windows.

Providing absolute comfort, the attractive double bedroom is completed with a SMART TV and en-suite shower room for your convenience.

Wander the traffic-free streets of Polperro to find an array of fabulous restaurants and cafes with many serving delicious fresh fish courtesy of the village’s quality fishing reputation.

Watch the colourful boats bob with the tide while you indulge in some fish and chips on the harbour.

Around the village you’ll find various galleries showcasing work by local artists as well as plenty of charming independent shops.

Polperro has a small sandy beach just in front of the Willy Wilcox Cave while Talland Bay, near to west of Looe, offers two smaller beaches with a cafe and mini rock pools to explore.

The coast either side of the harbour provides some fantastic walking opportunities with an enthralling 5 mile footpath to the nearby town of Looe where you can find a wider selection of pubs, restaurants and shops.

A stay on the south east of Cornwall means you aren’t far from the some excellent attractions such as the world famous Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan.

A great base for exploring Polperro and surrounding regions.

Polperro and nearby Looe on the south coast of Cornwall’s coastline is a renowned tourist area giving visitors a unique holiday area to explore.
