The property

Tucked away in its own private location, just a stone's throw from the north coast in Cornwall, is Shepherds Rest.

This family-friendly accommodation is also ideal for groups of friends, with wheel-chair access for those with limited mobility.

Park your car in the large car park and make your way to the front door.

The large panoramic windows sweep across the front, offering far reaching views as you tuck into a hearty meal at the dining table.

The kitchen is wonderfully appointed with a sleek finish and the breakfast bar makes a great spot to sip your morning coffee.

From here the long hallway leads to four fabulous bedrooms, two of which have zip and link beds, with the master bedroom boasting immense coastal views.

As well as the glamorous bathroom, there are two en-suites; both with large walk-in showers.

Outside, the garden wraps itself around the perimeter, with a large green lawn and two patio areas for enjoying alfresco dining.

The hot tub area benefits awe-inspiring views for you to marvel as you luxuriate in the bubbles, enjoying the peaceful, coastal views.

There is even storage for wet suits and surf boards along with an outdoor tap, ideal for rinsing off the dog after a day at the beach.

Cubert is a delightful village boasting all the essentials you might need, however Perranporth is just a few miles away!

This seaside town entices its visitors, as the well-known setting for the Winston Graham Poldark novels.

Enjoy its variety of pubs, shops and beautiful beach overlooked by a wonderful coastal path.

Newquay has a fantastic surf and other watersports to try, whilst the city of Truro boasts wonderful dining spots for an evening out.
